Service Description

CERAMIC COATING APPLICATION PROCESS We will start off with a pressure wash & foam bath, ensuring that we remove all loose dirt and grime from all your painted services. Then, we follow up with a detailed hand wash. Next, all painted services will be clay bar the vehicle to remove all impurities from the paint, prepping the paint to be compounded and polished. After the clay bar, we compound, buff, and polish the clear coat with a fine cutting compound and a Dual Action polisher. We want the paint to look perfect before we seal it in with an extended protection coating. Once the vehicle’s paint is clean and smooth, we remove any scratches and swirl marks that are visible. In some cases, scratches that are too deep can’t be removed unless the vehicle gets repainted or wet sanded. However, when we are done, they will be far less visible. Now it’s time to apply the Ceramic Coating. This process is very tedious, which we make sure and take our time to ensure we cover all areas evenly without high spots. Our ceramic coating last up to 5 years if maintained correctly As an added bonus, a full interior detail is included with all of our Car & Truck Ceramic Coating Packages. The interior detail includes each crack, crevice, and compartment is blown out and vacuumed including the trunk! All rubber, vinyl, and leather areas are cleaned and conditioned. Finally, the windows and rear view mirror are cleaned, as well as the door handles & door jambs. Paint, glass, emblems, plastics/rubbers are properly cleaned, decontaminated (Chemical and Clay-Bar treatment to remove embedded grit, iron particles, etc), and hand/blown dry. Tires, wheels, and wheel arches are deep cleaned, and tires are dressed to a satin finish with a water-based dressing. The exterior glass is cleaned Paint receives a prep polish to reduce/remove minor swirls, hazing, and paint defects. Paint is meticulously coated with 1 Layer of Ceramic Coating. Additional Layers are optional for an additional charge.
